Atlantec Electrical Engineering has extensive experience in all aspects of building and site electrical systems. For interior and exterior lighting, our team can provide photometric studies and payback analysis to assist in the selection of energy efficient light sources. We are LEED certified and can design a lighting control system, along with daylight harvesting to suit the needs of your building. Atlantec Electrical Engineering can provide in depth power distribution design including standby generators, photovoltaic systems, and other onsite energy producing systems. Atlantec has designed power systems for data centers, surgical centers, police departments, fire departments, and municipal complexes.

Atlantec Engineers’ Plumbing Department is responsible for all design aspects of the plumbing systems including the waste, vent, water and storm design within buildings. Projects we have completed include retail, medical and hospital, dental, and multi-family. The plumbing department also has experience in the design of medical gas and compressed air systems. We have completed the design of solar hot water systems and rain water collection systems. Our plumbing department also provided the fire sprinkler design of new and renovated systems conforming to NFPA standards. Our services range from providing design narratives to complete system designs including head/piping layout and hydraulic calculations.

The Mechanical Department at Atlantec Engineers has experience ranging from small packaged and split DX systems to complex built-up air handling and chilled/hot water systems. We have designed mechanical systems for renovation projects, new construction projects, and equipment replacement projects. We have had extensive experience in boiler/chiller/pump replacement to achieve energy savings and obtain energy rebates. The mechanical department has completed several LEED and Commissioning projects.

Having an in house design/energy modeling team allows for evaluation of best building practices and cost savings, while also enhancing the design process to provide an efficient and cost effective building. Our team also provides LEED coordination and input for credits pertaining to PME design.
