Project Summary:
In collaboration with Davis Kane Architects, Atlantec Engineers undertook a project to enhance the existing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The HVAC system received a substantial upgrade, incorporating a new hot water boiler, pump, and a mix of mini-split and conventional A/C units. Additionally, minor enhancements were made to the existing plumbing fixtures and the fire protection system, ensuring overall system efficiency and functionality.
