Atlantec provided mechanical engineering design services for the replacement of the boiler, chiller and air handling units that serve the main airport terminal. Relevant aspects of our mechanical services included a 2,176 mbh input cast iron boiler, a 150 ton water cooler chiller, associated piping connection from the new boiler and chiller to the existing piping, specification of new air handling units, and the interfacing of the new equipment with the existing DDC control system.
